California’s AFTERSHOCK FESTIVAL FEATURING Metallica Announced

Another festival has been announced today!

The DWP festival announcements keep coming with this one out of California. Coming October 7-10 at Discovery Park, AFTERSHOCK features the year old partnership with METALLICA and DWP.

Going back about a year or so, METALLICA and DWP partnered to have METALLICA headline each festival twice with different sets. Although COVID-19 and the Pandemic killed the 2020 plans for that, 2021 seems to be forging forward with those plans.

METALLICA, MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE, SEETHER, VOLBEAT, THE OFFSPRING and SOCIAL DISTORTION are set to headline the 3 man days.

Meanwhile, LIMP BIZKIT and PARKWAY DRIVE are headlining the new Thursday night slot presented by JACK DANIELS.

Who’s excited for this festival?

3 Day REBEL ROCK 2021 To Feature LIMP BIZKIT, 5FDP and RISE AGAINST and Much More

Today, we saw ROCK FEST in WISCONSIN Release their almost completed lineup for 2021, and now we are able to see REBEL ROCK 2021 In FLORIDA do the same.

REBEL ROCK will feature LIMP BIZKIT, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH and RISE AGAINST.

Recently, the announcement was made that FFDP AND JASON HOOK parted ways and a new guitarist was announced.

As far as COVID restrictions go for FLORIDA, the governor signed Phase 3 into effect on September 27th. Meaning, large sporting effects, (most likely concerts as well), can have fans. Although there is a recommendation that capacity be reduced. That does mean that there is no official cap for attendees, which could change at any moment.

Seeing as massive festivals start to be announced once again for the 2021 season, this is an exciting time and hopefully the future of concerts returns soon.

Tickets for REBEL ROCK 2021 can be purchased here, many options are available so check them out.

ROCK FEST 2021: Massive 3 Day Festival Announced for July

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2021 edition of ROCK FEST was announced.

The festival, set to be headlined by DISTURBED, LIMP BIZKIT, KORN and a slew of others, was announced amidst a pandemic of rising cases of COVID.

Interestingly, WISCONSIN did have a festival back in July original titled “HERD IMMUNITY FEST” then renamed “JULY MINI FEST”, after backlash. Headlined by STATIC-X took place at Q & Z EXPO CENTER, said to have a capacity of 10,000 reduced to 2,500 for COVID.

As of this writing, WISCONSIN’s current large gathering restrictions are 50% capacity or 250 persons max, whichever is less. Although 250 can be exceeded with proper social distancing, group separation and being outdoors.

While this event is outdoors, how many people are they expecting to be allowed in? Or will WISCONSIN even allow this event to go on when July comes?
