GODSMACK Begins Work on Eighth Album + Possible “Specialty Album”

GODSMACK just announced, on their social media, that they begin pre production work for #8.

In addition to pre production on #8, they hinted at a “specialty album” coming soon. Hopefully this is something great! Or possibly an acoustic album again. On the other side on the 2015 spring tour, SULLY hinted and teased at a GODSMACK documentary.

This comes after SHANNON LARKIN ,(drummer), announced earlier this year that they moved their whole studio to Florida. Coinciding with the fact the whole band now lives in Florida. SULLY ERNA moves in 2020.

Early 2020, ERNA said work began on the 8th album, but was delayed with the studio move.

Summer 2020 saw SULLY ERNA and AARON LEWIS (STAIND singer) do a co headline “socially distanced” tour.
