AC/DC Gets Their Own Coin Collection

The Australian Rockers have announced the release a coin collection producers by the ROYAL AUSTRALIAN MINT) (AKA the MINT). The Government Agency, which supplies the country with physical currency, will release this box-set in collaboration with AC/DC.

While this may not be the first time that AC/DC releases its own coin set with the MINT, similar coin set was released for their 45th anniversary as a band 2 years ago. The unique reality is that it is to commemorate their newest album, featuring the great Brian Johnson, called “Power Up”, being due out November 13th.

Each coin will set you back $15 AUS, while the road case type box, to put your collection will cost you $110. Both of which can be purchased here

The album, which took 6 weeks to record between August and September 2018, will feature long time producer BRENDON O’BRIAN. It was recorded at WAREHOUSE STUDIOS in Vancouver.
